IMBAS KEMBALI (2)

[1ST FEBRUARI 2007]

CERITA TENTANG KERJA, KAWAN2 YG DATANG & PERGI, KEEP BUSY LIVING...

JANUARI 2007 dah berlalu. mcm tak sedar jer. today cuti, takde plan apa2 nak buat. gaji masuk dan keluar balik setel payment utk komitmen2 yg macam2. belanja daily makin naik (sebab tol la ni!). last month... 2 org rakan sekerja aku resign. sorang sukarela, sorang lagi dinasihatkan berhenti. apa yg dah jadi? aku pun tak faham.

kalau nak faham situasi ni, kena lah faham makna kerjaya yg diamanahkan skrg. tugas kitorg adalah membuat hal2 marketing & sales / pemasaran & jualan. nak buat tugas ni mesti ada minat. then kena ada drive a.k.a pendorong. pastu dalam diri pulak tau hala tuju nak pergi dalam bidang sales ni. & always want to learn new things, benda2 baru dalam sales especially medical line. so benda2 basic ni lah yg sometimes people like to ignore. atau maybe tak ignore, tapi take it for granted / pandang remeh.

lagi 2 bln bermakna setahun aku involve dalam bidang sales (secara conventional) ni. terlalu banyak yg aku belajar, banyak jugak mistakes yg aku dah buat, dan perbetulkan balik, dan buat lagi, dan improve lagi. heheh...normal person always commit a mistake. but dont forget to learn to correct it. the sweetest thing yg aku suka dlm bidang sales ni, ialah keupayaan untuk membina hubungan yg baik sesama "seller & buyer", maknanya aku dan customers.

tghari tadi dapat call dari Dr Ros from Klinik Perdana Melor, Kelantan. dah almost 6 bln after last aku jumpa dia, she's my previous customer in my previous company. Dr Ros still belum beli lagi machine yg aku nak jual kat dia dulu (aku belum get the order) but she called me to ask bout the machine. so dgn blurr nya aku explain psl hal ni...kesimpulan nya aku harap dia akan beli dari company lama aku tu. but i've played my role lah...buat apa yg patut so she'll get what she deserve to get. eventhough aku tak dapat apa2 pun, yalah...bukan aku keje jual machine tu lagi dah. cuma aku suka kalau dapat tolong dia.

so Eric, it's your customer now, u know what to do. that's my case, now u handle it, hope u do it the right way... & don't forget me meh...

KAWAN BARU bertambah hampir setiap hari. for the sake of your business (ohh..actually, your boss's business...) u have to admit that whether u like it or not, this is the fact. kalau ko suka environment ni, dapat kenal orang2 baru, so the future is right there. otherwise, u may not pretend to stay long in the sales business. because behind the sales, are the person. the person are you, and your customers. i like this environment...because people are the same. senang jer, we breathe the same air which is the O2...heheh...

so nadzree & adline dah blah dari company aku, tinggal aku sorang jer terkontang kanting di syarikat ni. campur bos aku laki bini, dan admin miss fiza yg pendiam. lonely again. memang boring lah takde member bleh sembang. nak harap sembang ngn bos, aduii...melekat jer ngn bini dia. sometimes we sembang psl common issues...sometimes a lot, about business. harap nadzree succeed with his new enthusiasm in oil & gas, and adline...ko menganggur la kejap eh... tu lah awal2 lagi aku dah suruh buat back up plan.

NOW FEBRUARY, still long way to go. march nanti banyak function, maybe dapat commit sikit jer lah. till then...just do it.
